OTRADEV in Maasin and Macrohon, Southern Leyte

OTRADEV is an NGO with a community-based coastal resource management project in Maasin and Macrohon, Southern Leyte. One of the fisherfolk's organization that organized by OTRADEV is the Rosarrian Fisherfolks Organization (ROFFO). ROFFO is undertaking fish sanctuary management, a mudcrad project and a banca gas retailing project. The mudcrab project is being funded by the Office of the Provincial Agriculturist, which is both a unit of the Provincial Government and the Department of Agriculture.
